Returns & Exchange Policy

Exchanges on ordered items can be made providing a pre-authorization from us. Items must be in saleable condition, unopened and unused. Exchanges must be made within 20 days from purchase date, and customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. Note: Dye lots in ribbons, papers and flowers can vary, thus we will do our best to accurately match the best selection for you.

NO returns or exchanges allowed on sample products or stationary products (vellum, papers, cardstocks, stickers).

NO refunds will be given.
